Mobile Vet Center January 18
On January 18th, 2012 the Mobile Vet Center will be stopping at Lincoln Land Community College in order to provide support and services to the veterans in our community.
According to the VA’s website “The Mobile Vet Centers (MVCs) of the Department of Veterans Affairs provide readjustment counseling and information resources to Veterans across the country. Like community-based Vet Centers, Mobile Vet Centers focus on services that help Veterans make the difficult transition between military and civilian life.”
We ask all our veterans to stop by and take advantage of the services provided by the Mobile Vet Center in attendance will be John A. Mizer-Readjustment Counseling Technician, Justin Anweiler- Readjustment Counseling Therapist/ MVC Counselor, Katherine Edwards- Suicide Prevention Coordinator, and Jessica Pickett- OIF/ OEF/ OND Transitional Patient Advocate. We look forward to seeing you here at Lincoln Land Community College and thank you for your service.
